What makes Alu-image different?

We deliver the best end-to-end combination of quality and affordability in the greater Cape Flats region. At Alu-image, every product is carefully handcrafted to meet each client's exact needs and specifications. From expert risk assessments to precise installations, we support our customers at every stage of the buying process.

Why buy aluminium framed products?

Aluminium offers superior durability, strength properties, and insulation compared to wood or synthetic materials. We only use the highest quality, 100% recyclable aluminium so our products are sustainable and require zero maintenance. If a customer decides to replace our products, they can get cash for recycling the materials. Our products do not rust and exhibit incredible resistance to corrosion and weather. They are also extremely versatile in design and color options, making it easy to enhance any interior décor.

What is your warranty policy?

All Alu-image customers are entitled to our industry-leading warranty policy.

Broken frames may be replaced up to 5 years after the installation date.
Broken glass may be replaced up to 2 years after the installation date.
Broken product attachments such as handles, knobs, and locks may be fixed up to 1 year after the installation date.

We also offer an extended warranty policy for an additional R500.

Broken product attachments such as handles, knobs, and locks may be fixed up to 3 year after the installation date.

Our products must be used solely for their normal purpose and maintained in accordance with standard operating practices. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser. Coverage after 1 year does not include installation and transportation costs for product replacements. Additional terms apply.

What is your delivery and installation policy?

Alu-image provides delivery and installation services with market-leading speed, precision, and affordability.

Customers can select between Standard and Expedited Installation:

Standard Installation: Product is installed between 14-21 business days after paying the deposit.
Expedited Installation: R450-1000 Product is installed between 3-7 business days after paying the deposit.

Additional delivery fees may apply based on the location of each project.

How do I pay for Alu-image products?

All products require a 60% deposit upon placing an order. The remaining balance must be completely paid on the date of installation. Products will not be installed if 90% of the balance is not paid 3 days prior to the scheduled installation date. We accept wire transfers and cash.

Which areas do you service?

Operating out of Khayelitsha Training Center, we mainly service clients in Cape flats, Southern Suburbs, and Northern suburbs of Cape Town. We accommodate jobs outside of these areas on a case-by-case basis.

What’s the minimum order amount?

For businesses interested in windows, the minimum order quantity is 3 unless the order also contains other product types. There is currently no minimum order quantity for businesses on doors, gates, burglars, and garage doors. Households and individuals are not subject to minimum order quantities.

Is Alu-image currently running any promotions?

Alu-image will allow customers to save R150 when orders of R5000 or more are paid upfront in full. Customers can also save R300 when bundling burglar bars with the purchase of any window. Sliding windows are currently being offered at 10% off. Select burglars are currently being offered at a R150 discount.
